EasyTS is an easy to use ticket system that helps you manage correspondence with your customers. EasyTS is an easy to use ticket system that helps you manage correspondence with your customers. Once installed on your server, e-mail messages sent to you from your customers will be automatically processed, stored in a database, and viewable through a web-based interface.

EasyTS is a simple to use interface to manage your client e-mail messages. From one interface you can view all of the current messages your clients have sent you, reply to them, and keep track of the entire correspondence.

EasyTS supports multiple users so you can have several people processing your client e-mail messages at once. Your clients will be able to use their normal e-mail programs to contact you, and won't have to create a special account through a web-based interface to correspond with you.

Features:

Direct E-mail Handling

EasyTS processes e-mails sent to your domain directly, and does not require your clients to login to a web-based interface to correspond with you. The e-mail messages your clients send to you will be processed by EasyTS and inserted into a database so you and your coworkers can quickly view and search through the tickets.

This is much more efficient for your clients, since they can use their existing e-mail programs that they are already familiar with instead of learning a new interface. When you or your coworkers respond to a ticket, it will send the message directly to the client's e-mail address so they can view your reply in their normal e-mail program. EasyTS supports modern e-mail formats, including multipart messages and e-mail attachments.

Multiple Users

With EasyTS you can setup as many accounts as you want to access your ticket interface. There are two account levels, standard users and administrators. The standard users will be able to view the tickets in the database, reply to them, and search them.

Administrators will have additional access to setup new incoming e-mail addresses, autoresponders, new users, and canned responses. Ticket locking prevents two users from replying to the same ticket at the same time.

Autoresponders

You can setup specific e-mail addresses to send an automatic reply, which can help cut down on customer support time. If there is a specific set of information that you often need to provide your clients, you can instruct them to send a message to a specific address and the reply will be automatically sent with the information you need.

Autoresponders are also useful if you have to shut down one of your e-mail addresses. You can let people know the new method to contact you without completely disabling the account.

Access on the Road

Since EasyTS uses a web-based interface for ticket management, you can access it through any modern browser from any location in the world. If you are traveling, you won't need to make any special arrangements to access e-mail from your clients, it will always be available to you through the web-based ticket management interface.

Modern Technology and Other Features

EasyTS is a new application that takes advantage of modern browsers' JavaScript and DHTML capabilities. This allows you to quickly navigate through the web-based interface, and in the long run can save your team hours of time.

It also has the capability to define canned responses which are answers to common questions that you receive. Instead of your employees typing out the same message over and over, they can quickly insert the canned response into their reply with a few mouse clicks. Internal notes allow your team to easily share information with each other without sending a message to the client.
